The Gulf Yachting Association has many regulations for awarding trophies and each regatta chairman is encouraged to read the Regulations for Sanctioned Events to be certain that they are in compliance with the current requirements.  A matrix has been prepared to assist hosts comply with these regulations.  The user is cautioned to compare this matrix to the current rules and if a discrepancy is noted to contact the Trophy Committee Chair.  (N.B. I personally think a hyperlink to the excel program or a pdf file would be better than doing it the way done because of formatting issues. )
